Partnerships Team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Udaan's sellers - Distributors, Manufacturers and other relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Lead the Partnerships with assigned brands, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external objectives driving the business, along with responsibility of driving projects & promotions with sellers. - Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments. - Craft compelling value propositions, negotiate commercial and legal terms (with support from the Legal team), and navigate internal approvals and agreements. - Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets. - Responsible for maximizing Udaan's business profitability & selection via Joint business plans with sellers. - Represent Udaan in external facing events.
