Talent Management: - Works collaboratively with the organization leadership team and HR team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization. - Leads the implementation of all talent, leadership and team planning processes, policies and procedures at the site or within the function which includes but is not limited to: succession planning, leadership selection and assessment, leadership development planning and the site's annual organizational development readiness plan. - Actively engages, coaches and educates leaders and HR partners in the team effectiveness process including assessments, design and developing leadership off-sites, team make-up and observations/feedback on team effectiveness competencies. - Builds, coaches and facilitates effective teams through the effective use of tools, team building activities, development activities and supporting the leaders in creating an engaged environment. Training Needs Analysis & Annual Learning Calendar: - Spearhead the process of analysis of data to shortlist relevant training requirements basis quantum and relevance of requests - Lead discussions with department heads / BU heads and other relevant stakeholders on feasibility of aggregated needs emerging from the PMS data - Review the ALC plan before discussions with OT Head and the communication plan around the dissemination of ALC to relevant stakeholders Departmental Interventions, Special Interventions & Flagship Programs: - Responsible for end to end management of ad-hoc departmental and site level interventions including co-ordination with the HODs regarding program needs, program content and choice of trainers for the program - Review other interventions run by the team, provide relevant inputs and guidance and resolve escalations emerging from these programs - Responsible for running the management of various trainings within the program, ensuring relevant cross site exposures, effective on-the-job trainings etc. - Spearhead the creation of department level ALC in co-ordination with the departmental head and ensuring smooth management of programs as detailed in ALC - Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders on management and execution of ad-hoc organization wide training programs and interventions - Monitor running of all flagship programs, provide relevant inputs, handle escalations and review updates to these programs on an annual basis - Co-ordinate with OD on development programs for management trainees including creation of content, choice of trainers and managing other modalities
