Creating an integrated credit policy for lending to Udaan's customers in various product segments 2. The policy should be a dynamic document incorporating global best practices in lending in the above-mentioned segments 3. All the necessary risk mitigants should be there confirming to regulations 4. Policy would have a clearly defined process flow of decision making in all scenarios 5. Ensure implementation of the policy at the organization level 6 Create built-in mechanism for adherence to the policy and highlight any deviations that happen to the business head at regular intervals 7. Regular MIS reporting in co-ordination with Head of Compliance and Head of Internal Audit to the Business head/Credit head 8. Interact with various internal and external stakeholders to keep the policy updated and aligned to the business objectives 9. Represent the company at various regulatory forums Experience 8 - 15 years of work experience in a fast-growing NBFC or a large bank in the policy/compliance role Skill Set Requirement : 1.
