Responsibilities : Planning &amp; execution of Trade marketing promotions/programs : - Build calendar for each activity - Execute as per plan by proper communication down the line to Trade Marketing team and Sales team - Tracking and monitoring of the same through proper tracking mechanism - Planning and execution of occasion/festival/event based promos/programs - Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals - New business development - expansion/activation Visibility : - Plan/implement merchandising/visibility progress - Vendor management Cost and process compliance: - Budgeting for TM spends across all brands/channels - Process/Policies/Protocol to comply with requirements on Trade Marketing - Prepare cogent data analysis of effectiveness of money spent People development: - Motivation/ Coaching/ Training of each team member to align the TM team towards the business objectives - Set clear objectives with each team member which are consistent to organizational goal - Review progress results, objectives and take corrective actions - Set training objectives for the team to ensure development
