Opportunity - Food &amp; FMCG is a fast growing category in Udaan which connects local retailers/supermarts/restaurants to local sellers located across nearby mandis/yards. Owing to the inherently high deadweight goods being delivered in this category, majority of which are localized brands or unbranded products, logistics plays a pivotal role. With the fast growth and a specific requirement of vehicles needed for transportation of goods in last mile, vehicle supply has started to pose problems of service reliability, cost of service etc. You need to build operations from scratch for vehicle supply aggregation for intracity distribution of food &amp; FMCG goods across multiple cities. You will build a team for aggregation of existing vehicle supply, new supply generation, supply onboarding and vehicle placement across multiple warehouses/hubs. Requirement - - You are a self-driven, energetic, operations expert. You love building operations from the ground-up and scaling them. - You have top-notch people management skills. You are adept at recruiting, motivating and mentoring talent at scale. - You have top-notch process management skills. You are a master of designing and executing processes at high scale, speed, quality and low cost. You run a disciplined and tight operation. - Numbers driven. You track your operational metrics constantly, consistently deliver results and relentlessly pursue improvement. - You can have a very hands-on approach and can execute operations independently when required. Education and Experience - You have a prior experience of entrepreneurship or have held position of responsibility in mobility/transportation domain for atleast 3-4 years. - You hold an engineering degree from a top engineering school
