Job Role: Operations Lead

1. Pre and Post Disbursal Activities

2. Managing End to End Life Cycle of a Loan File

3. Enure Timely Activation / Disbursal of files within defined TAT

4. Managing Team of 8/10 On Roll Operations Managers and 25/30 Operations Associates

5. To highlight deviations in the File to the respective authority

6. Publish Daily Dashboard

7. Ensuring Safe Custody of Loan documents and Instruments
