Udaan Capital is the NBFC arm of Udaan & offers credit services to buyers and sellers on and off Udaan's B2B ecommerce platform to grow their business further. This space is largely untapped with less than 10% of MSMEs having access to working capital loans from financial institutions. In this way, Udaan is uniquely positioned to formalize &scale trade credit.

Job Responsibilities :

- Managing complete Payment Gateway profile starting from Integration

- Responsible for putting in place CMS facilities with Banks/CMS agencies/Fintech /Vendors etc., Negotiation of pricing and Limits for hubs as per business requirements.

- Negotiating with Bankers / Insurance Companies / Payment Gateways for their various products / services.

- Maintaining Banking relationships and Treasury operation for all group entities in India and Singapore

- Liquidity Management, Bank Accounts, Fund mobilization, Investments, Payments, Foreign Remittance, Bank reconciliation, Accounting, and reporting

- Monitoring / preparation of Daily / Monthly / Quarterly Cash requirement Projection

- FX deals, setting up limits for forwards, FDI infusion process initiation & compliance (other than legal); issuances of BGs, LC Inland / Foreign (Once import starts); Audit assistance for Internal / IFC / Statutory and Nodal audit.

- Issuance of insurance policies, renewal, settlement of claims for Marine, Fidelity, Money, Crime, D&O, WH (Stock) and Health policies, Data management and reporting

KRAs of the role :

- Ensuring seamless CMS Operations and work towards improving Commercials & Services.

- Insurance: High claim settlement ratio, low rejected claims, policies coverage awareness

- Fund and Liquidity Management

Candidate Profile :

- Qualified CA with a post-qualification experience of 5-10 years

- Must have experience in handling Insurance, CMS for COD, FX, Liquidity Management

- Must have experience of leading a team

- Must have excellent communication skills
