Udaan - Key Account/Business Relationship Management Role - IT (10-14 yrs)

This role is responsible for acting as a customers advocate within IT and play a neutral role. This is a massively impactful role and you'll have great opportunities to develop & foster various skill sets and expected to be an Individual contributor to a large extent. You will be responsible for driving the IT initiatives to various business units, understand the gaps between IT and respective business, bridge gaps if any, work with business on the business expansion plans and align other IT functions for smooth business operations.

What You'll do:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship

- Develop trusted advisor relationship with the customers, stakeholders and business leaders.

- Be an IT business partner for the business units, work as the voice of customer.

- Engage with project and program managers from each business unit to ensure they understand the objectives for joint strategic efforts.

- Identify strategic business function opportunities, both short-term and long-term and track adoption across the relevant departments.

- Identify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements.

- Responsible for delivering scope, time, cost KPIs.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders (Structured qualitative and quantitative review to be done with internal IT and stakeholders)

- Forecast and track key metrics (expenses for month, delivery status, pending tasks with timeline, expansion plans, annual budget forecasts)

- Analyse the data based on various metrics and generate meaningful reports.

- Liaison with IT projects, IT Infra, IT service delivery and information security to ensure the smooth support towards customers/business unit function.

- Drive possible automations towards the business unit from IT and business perspective.

- Convert business problem statements to technology related solutions.

- Responsible for end to end process improvement including all KPIs. Focus on NPS, cost reduction etc.

- Drive implementing new IT initiatives towards customers/ business unit functions.

- Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends.

- 10+ Years of experience in program management/service management/key account management etc. from an IT perspective.

- A bachelors degree and post-graduation in management.

- Firm understanding of IT infrastructure, service delivery, finance aspects.

- Excellent background of supply chain side IT needs and technologies.

- Good exposure on warehouse setup needs (from an IT perspective) and its industry standard/best practices

- Excellent stakeholder management.

- Good organisational & processes knowledge.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent professional program management skills/qualification like - integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risk and procurement management

- Willingness to travel as part of business needs etc.

- Contribution as individual contributor as well as managing team.

- Quickly get adjusted to culture.

- Excellent communications skills, strong writing, speaking and presenting skills and negotiation skills.

- Excellent leadership skills.

- Ability to be collaborative and to encourage collaboration

- Ability to focus on business value results instead of solutions

- Strong understanding of IT, HR and finance
