About the role -&nbsp; 1. Understand the key drivers of the business, demand &amp; supply planning 2. Translate the AOP in to operational plan 3. Plan long-term FC footprint in-line with a distribution network 4. Defining the Inventory planning strategies for different business models, categories and brands. 5. FC inbound planning and scheduling, outbound planning, storage planning 6. Defining and planning the DOH and replenishment cycle 7. Long-term, midterm infrastructure and resource planning 8. Long-term planning and continuous evolution of infrastructure capacity 9. Long-term and mid-term plan for manpower and other resources 10. Rollout the 3-month rolling capacity plan as per SOP framework 11. Continuously monitor plan vs actual and do the course correction 12. Alignment with the stakeholders (category, operations, finance) 13. Responsible for driving the key performance metrics Key Skill Sets Required 1. Hands on experience in forecasting, inventory planning and Business Modelling 2. Proficiency in SQL, R, MS-excel 3. Superior analytical and Statistical skills, data driven approach 4. Strong bias for action 5. Comfortable to work/adapt in an ambiguous, ever-evolving environment 6. Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts 7. Ability to work independently 8. Experience in work with cross functional teams 9. Experience in CPG, e-commerce, retail industry with exposure on Planning or Supply Chain Functions preferred
