Udaan - HR Systems & Analytics Job Purpose : To empower the organization through data driven decision making & turning data into incisive analysis and enabling robust, planned and smooth transition to HRMS. Key Responsibilities : 1. HR Analytics and System Development : - Thinks through the requirement of organization and help the management take right decision focusing on future requirement through meaningful MIS. - Manages and deep dives into analysis, Headcount distribution, employee/other cost along with other aspects of human resources from business success and talent risk mitigation aspect to formulate and develop advanced and predictive analytics all employees across locations - Possesses full technical knowledge and considers the HR Analytics implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment - Requires good understanding of Statistical tools, computer system capabilities, and business processes - Support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs - Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed - Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis - Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, talent acquisition, HRBPs and compliance) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight 2. HRMS Implementation & Management : - Analyse current HRMS capabilities for the current and future needs and recommend solutions to the management. - Work closely with departmental stakeholders, subject matter experts and vendors in the definition, testing, training, implementation of the HRMS - Design and development of process flow for HRMS implementation - Create Process Maps, Business Rules, Project Plans, Test cases and User manuals - Planning and implementing the processes to go live by the deadline - Plan application strategies to define project roadmaps and carry out reviews routinely; simplification and improvement of processes - Interacting and coordinating with IT and other involved stakeholders; conducting the User Acceptance Testing for the HRMS - Ensuring the proper deployment and functioning of the HRMS - Plan and execute user acceptance testing and ensure user acceptance of solutions - Develop and execute deployment plans and provide post-implementation user support Functional & Competencies : - Problem solving : The role needs the individual to be able to solve for a given business problem in sometimes an ambiguous state and with multiple data streams impacting decision making - Data driven/ analytical : The role requires the individual to be comfortable in processing and analyzing volume of multiple data streams to enable meeting company targets. - Collaborative skills : The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment. - Technology Focus : The incumbent should be focused on elimination of manual processes making it systemic to ensure timely and accurate data. S/he should be excellent in bringing technology into process to optimize the processes to make everyones life easier. - Results orientation : The role is required to work on deliver on daily numbers, short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business and efficacy. Meeting these milestones would be critical to create success. Qualifications and Experience : - MBA in HR with 8-12 years of relevant experience in Corporate / Consulting. - Having implemented multiple HRMS solutions - Extensively worked on HR Analytics.
