About the role : - We're looking for an all-star to be part of our Human Resources team. This is the team that creates the organizational capacity and capability to meet the ever-growing demands of our sellers and buyers through an ever-evolving product. The single objective of the HR team is to be a hunter, curator, and builder of talent. - In this role, you will be responsible to do all that is required to meet the above objectives. This may require you to get immersed in talent management, compensation, org design, capability building, analytics and so on for the Technology team. What you will need : - A bachelors degree in engineering, psychology or similar field with MBA in Human Resources (TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD) - 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR professional.
