1. Managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision

2. Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

3. Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization

4. Setting up warehouse process and system capability to deliver quality and efficient operation

5. Managing PnL of warehouse operation

6. Planning and managing warehouse network for B2B business

7. Building a strong, motivated and progressive team

1. Indepth operational experience in e-commerce or related industry (People-Process intensive operation)
