Job Purpose: This role will be focusing on heading the complete Tele Sales vertical for Sonic business and thereby will be leading the P&L for the tele sales vertical for Sonic. This role will ensure high level of Target orientation and proven track record of accomplishing weekly / monthly revenue targets along with driving the tele sales team Key Responsibilities: - Own complete P&amp;L of the tele sales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business - Design the inside sales strategy, set business goals drive execution to achieve these goals for your teams - Exposure to value &amp; volume selling is a must - Should have high data management skills (an expert in excel) and good Understanding of Quality metrics and process improvements - Strong results orientation: The ideal candidate is able to focus and deliver target based results - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to drive consensus, leverage synergies from cross functional teams - Drive performance management across workforce by applying and implementing best in class performance metrics - Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions Functional &amp; Competencies: - Collaborative skills: The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young and agile business environment - Design Thinking: The role requires the incumbent to incorporate a range of design thinking strategies to effectively integrate human-centric structured, creative approach to problem solving that leads to innovative solutions - Data driven / analytical: The role requires the individual to be comfortable in processing and analyzing volume of multiple data streams to enable meeting company targets. Qualifications and Experience: - At least 10-15 years of total work experience with minimum 5 years in Tele sales team management, preferably from an Internet selling background.
