Job Purpose : Go-To-Market Manager is responsible for developing new customer go to market methodology and customer retention strategy. The incumbent must be adept at evolving products and growing revenue into new markets, regions, segments and customer types. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, manage and execute the GTM plan for new products, new product enhancements, new channels and new market segments - Work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure GTM implementation and tracking including, reporting key milestones status, risks and contingency planning and issue escalation as necessary. - Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholder groups including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Sales Specialists and Analysts/Editorial teams to gather requirements, gain internal alignment on GTM program development and ensure executional delivery. - Develop of loyalty program for customer retention and driving business - Develop and improve FOS efficiency to maximize impact on business - Drive strategic projects to improve the business per FOS Functional & Competencies : - Take a data-driven approach to strategic GTM planning and execution, encouraging evidence-based improvements to strategies and processes. - Apply creative problem solving and proactively propose new approaches to better meet both customer and internal stakeholder needs. - Be a team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization. - Work independently with minimum supervision and in a collaborative team environment. - Possess an analytical mindset which applies product insights and market data & feedback to create sophisticated sales strategies and marketing propositions. - Exhibit confident and professional presentation skills; excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and encourage collaboration across functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, client services and editorial.
