Udaan - Customer Growth Marketing Manager (3-7 yrs)

About the role :

- Lead the creation, execution and delivery of all marketing plans including communication for Udaan Pharma business

- Build and review the buyer value proposition, drive awareness of Pharma offering amongst buyers and reinforce the value proposition

- Provide his/ her expertise in defining and refreshing the buyer experience by partnering across the Udaan eco-system to co-create amazing experiences and drive visible changes in buyer behavior

- Partner with Strategic Partnerships and Category Management team to develop the Joint Business Plans for big Pharma companies, sell to them, and execute the plans with excellence. Own the entire marketing plan that drives discover-select-conversion for all focus brands/portfolio

- Partner with the Product team to develop monetization & other app assets that step change customer experience and Udaan performance

Required Competencies :

- Entrepreneurial : The role requires the individual to be extremely passionate to build a startup, spot key opportunities, act fast and grab them.

- Set high standards : The role requires the individual to learn at a rapid pace and set new standards for yourselves and others

- Deep dive : Experience in predictive data analytics leveraging big Data: The role requires the individual to be comfortable in processing and analyzing volume of multiple data streams to deliver customer delight and organization goals

- Team player : The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. She/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.

- Results oriented : The role requires on deliver on short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business with efficacy

- Structured thinking : The role requires to breakdown the problem in smaller parts and drive structural solves

Required experience :

- Any previous marketing experience especially in an e-commerce and digital world is must

- 3-4 years of experience with a background in marketing/product management/analytics or growth orgs would be ideal and preferred.

- Candidate should be MBA or from communications background from top institute
