Responsibilities  - Credit Applicant Onboarding  - Credit Collections and recoveries  - Credit Partner operations  - Credit support operations and dispute resolutions  - Other credit related operations  Skills & Attributes  - Self-driven, clear thinker and problem solver with a knack for working with numbers  - High levels of customer empathy and centricity  - People manager and process leader with a proven ability to setup, plan and scale cross-functional operations and build high energy teams  Prior Experience and Education  - An engineering/commerce/mathematics degree from a top-tier college and/or an MBA from a top-tier business school is required.  - Overall experience of 5-7 years in running fast paced operations. Entrepreneurial / Intrapreneurial experience would be highly valued.  - At least 2 years of experience in leading a credit collections operation (preferably, but not necessarily from SMEs) at banks/NBFCs/telcos is required.
