Udaan - Content Writer - Creative

We- re looking for creative content writers for the Marketing team who can craft clear, concise, and elegant copy to create a seamless seller experience across udaan. You'll be collaborating with product and program managers, engineers, designers, and merchandising teams to create social media copy, draft promotional mailers, script conversation flows, write how-to articles and press releases along with other related content as per defined guidelines.

Professional Background and Experience:

- Around five years of experience working in the B2B or B2C e-commerce industries, and alternatively, in the online food/groceries delivery industry, or the travel and transportation industry, preferably as part of the marketing and corporate communication teams

- Ability to contribute to content and communication strategies

- In-depth experience in writing, editing, testing, and improving, customer emails, educational materials, and other content

- Extensive experience working with UX copy, and in writing and editing SEO product descriptions, blogs, newsletter content, and articles

- A working understanding of creating a style guide and an in-depth understanding of following style guides

- Expertise in defining project milestones, timelines, and in adhering to them

- Ability to lead several complex projects simultaneously and handle the pressure

- Ability to ask the right questions to business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to derive relevant insights

Education:
