Udaan - Collections Role - B2B Accounts (8-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategizing and driving collections across the zone for key B2B accounts
- Managing & meeting collection targets from past due months across the collection buckets.
- Collection targets to be achieved from high value cases
- Improvement of the collection cost metric, i.e. cost incurred for every rupee collected.
- Ensure collection operations in the assigned TAT
- High customer satisfaction in terms of service.
- Compliance on code of conduct.
Candidate Profile:
- Must have a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience of working in process oriented and fast paced work environments. Experience must include entrepreneurial and/or credit collections stints.
- Must have thorough understanding of hard bucket collections.
- Must have managed large loan ticket size from key B2B accounts.
- Experience in BFSI or fintech industries is preferred.
- Having prior commercial vehicle experience will be an added advantage.
- Must have full time MBA education background.
