Udaan - Cluster Manager - Operations (6-10 yrs)
What you will do:
- Create happy buyers and sellers, delivering consistent intracity delivery service with a potential to reach a revenue of Rs. 1000 cr + (upwards of 500 tons/day) at an optimum cost
- Plan and develop first mile and last mile network for intracity deliveries in staples/FMCG, category
- Recruit and groom an operations team, define SLAs, track and improve performance.
- Develop and optimise processes, working closely with business development and engineering teams
