Job Responsibilities:


- Managing the day-to-day field operations for the collections team.

- Ensuring collection of dues from customers.

- Responsible for improvement of the credit portfolio in the cluster by improving collections.

- Building, coaching, and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.

KRAs of the role:

- Collection targets achieved across due months.

- Timely completion of operational activities assigned.

- Timely identification of customer disputes.

- Ensuring adequate manpower presence on field - hiring against open positions.

- Regular trainings and performance incentivization of Field Executives.
 
Functional Competencies:

- Results orientation: Deliver on daily numbers, short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business. Meeting these milestones would be critical to create success.

- Attention to detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy & completeness.

- Interpersonal and negotiation skills: Establish favorable relationships with the loan defaulters and, navigate complex day-to-day operations and negotiations.

- Team Management: Drive the team to achieve targets in a timely manner

- Communication skills: Excellent communication - both verbal and written.

Candidate Profile:

- Must have 5-8 Yrs (Graduate) or 4-6 Yrs (MBA) of demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

- Must have a full-time bachelor's degree or an MBA degree.

- Prior work experience in the BFSI industry preferred.

- Must have experience in managing large teams of at least 15 - 20 field executives.

- Must demonstrate qualities of enthusiasm, ambition, and amicability.

- Must have a basic understanding of MS Office.
