Category lead will be responsible for the growth of his/ her respective category - OTC &amp; Gx. She/he will bring in the relevant assortment, determine pricing, and lead the growth strategy, activations and programs for delivering strong growth for the business. She/he will unlock customer unmet needs &amp; insights, and translate that to the growth strategy to deliver delight to the customer on the App as well as offline, as well create a competitive advantage for pharma for his/her category compared to the offline/online competitors. Key Responsibilities : - Responsible to drive top line and bottom line (Revenues) for category in alignment with the business strategy, collaborating with customer life cycle, Partnerships and the Sales teams. - Range and pricing planning through market visits by understanding shopper's insight, trade insights, seasonality changes, brand and competition strategies - Managing portfolio and pricing mix to deliver targeted gross margin and promotions that drive trial, repeat, loyalty and basket size. - Co-develop exclusive Brand partnerships including new launches, customer education etc.. collaborating with Sales, Partnerships and our top Partners (suppliers) - Develop quarterly marketing calendar &amp; manage various activations for category development like events, promotions and offers - Coordination with supply chain to ensure vendor fill rates and In-stocks are maintained with minimal working capital, with finance for closing monthly category margins, quarterly vendor reconciliations and with operations for solving customer queries, concerns and other operational issues - Drive category growth through innovation and new initiatives
