Job Purpose : This is a central role for Finance partnering with the wider business. This role is responsible for the overall direction, control, compliance and timely &amp; accurate reporting of the BU's management accounting and financial planning &amp; budgeting. The role is critical for the business performance and would require the incumbent to create a competitive business advantage for the team and the organisation. In the longer run, the incumbent will be expected to build an FP&amp;A model that enables better business decisions. Key Responsibilities : 1) Budgeting, MIS &amp; Accounting : - Be accountable for business finances; develop periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, &amp; budgeting - Drafting Annual Business Plan, Budget and Periodic Forecasts - Establish and Control budget heads; drive financial discipline in the company - Provide a systematized reporting of financial data for comparative analysis to plans - Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models - Make financial presentations to business stakeholders 2) Commercial: - Managing Commercial functions for terms of trade, for company's business units and/or subsidiaries, and logistics terms of trade with 3P logistics providers, and other service providers. - Ensure timely receipt of payments, reconciliation and confirmation thereof. 3) Supporting the Central FP&amp;A team: - Company's Accounts &amp; Finance function maintenance, analysis and reporting as per Indian GAAP. - Internal &amp; statutory auditors for conducting audits; evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations, process and Systems. - Filing of tax returns.
