Looking for candidates with 4-6 years- experience from Meat Background.
- System support for entire meat & seafood procurement
- Any other system projects that require fresh meat involvement
- Profitability by customer, with focus on Variable and Fixed Pricing mechanism
- Distress / sell management / analysis
- Manage tracking tools
- Shrink control tools
- Improve customer experience-Cold Chain Intact and Freshness
- Manage process for New Items
- General other P&L research for root causes / opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and provide team with benchmark and period end reporting agreed upon benchmarks for KPI goals
Quality :
- 2-4 years- experience in reputed Food manufacturing / Retail / related industry.
- Exposure to frozen /refrigerated products / meat & seafood, food packing materials.
- Well versed/ Exposure in HACCP, FSMS, NABL, QC tools like 5S, 6 sigma etc.
- Awareness in food spoilage and hands on experience in spoilage analyses (Chemical/ Physical/ Biological), food safety regulatory requirements, and industrial best practices.
- Internal/ external auditing experience.
- Procurement of all products of meat (Chicken, Mutton and Fish)
