Role Description :

- Partner with Portfolio lead/Business head to drive business growth and end-to-end P&L management.

- Partner with various stakeholders to drive problem solving and follow through actions for closure

- Work with MIS/FP&A analyst to provide timely and accurate decision support using data & insights gathered

- Partner with Business & Finance head and create monthly & annual operating plans and ensure timely submission of the plans to the central teams.

- Deliver in-depth analysis of the overall financial and operational performance (Financial, Operational, Marketing, Sales, etc.), identify red flags and propose ways to bridge them

- Own the execution of plans made from analytical exercises to ensure findings are actioned upon and continuous feedback is collected and utilized to fine-tune the approach

- Track performance against plan, provide performance insights with detailed recovery actions for gaps

KRAs:

- Generating accurate and meaningful analysis and actionable insights

- Timely submission of AOP forecast

- Monthly performance reviews

Candidate Profile:

- Must have 5-10 years of demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environments, preferably in a Logistics / Supply Chain sector

Qualification: CA/CWA/MBA finance

- Strong Financial modelling and Data Visualization skills.

- Strong communication, analytical, inter-personal and influencing skills

- Understanding of various facets of finance including FP&A, business partnering, controllership, Internal audit / controls etc
