Opportunity :

- You will own the PnL and lead the Business team of udaan's retailer loan product for one or more categories.

- This team is responsible for enabling and expanding purchase credit access to udaan's retailers. You- ll be responsible for the size and shape of a significant portfolio of udaan's credit P&L. This is a massively impactful role and you'll have great opportunities to develop & foster various skill sets:

- Credit to SMBs is extremely underpenetrated in India. In this role, you will chart out new paths to expand credit uptake in SMBs and get a shot at defining how the future of SMB trade credit will play out in India.

- You will engage with SMBs across India and develop a thorough understanding of credit's role across the SMB sector and in multiple categories.

- You will distill your findings into simple solutions and help define Udaan's credit product.

- You and your team will orchestrate on the ground operationalization of the credit product and develop feedback loops for product enhancement.

- You will grow and mentor a team of smart and ambitious go-getters.

Requirements :

- You have very deep business acumen, love deriving customer insights and are a strong problem solver.

- You are highly driven and resourceful. You plan meticulously and execute tightly.

- You love tech. You enjoy solving real-world problems with innovative application of technology. You want to work closely with passionate software engineers.

- You are a natural at working with numbers.

- You have 4 - 6 years of work experience with recent stints in the lending industry. You have been an entrepreneur or worked at a startup.

- You hold a management degree from a top-tier school or you were a senior leader/co-founder at a startup.
