Udaan - Brand Marketing & Monetization Lead (3-8 yrs)

Role Summary:

Brand Monetisation Lead is a critical role in generating revenue from Brand Partners by promoting their products to the Udaan retailers. The role would entail designing effective campaigns for Brands to gauge with Udaan retailers and in turn effect in a healthier PnL of the org by increasing the ads revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Understand the customer behaviour to design effective campaigns for Brand promotions

- Strong analytical approach to identify patterns/opportunities in the Udaan retailer base and campaign performance that can be monetised

- Work seamlessly with category to identify potential leads and their objectives that would interest them to invest

- Work seamlessly with Ads Inventory & Campaign team to generate enough assets for monetisation and to optimise campaigns

- Lead the planning of yearly, quarterly and monthly ads revenue targets

- Work with category team to create occasions that benefit Brands in investing on ads

- Work with designers and copyrighters to design effective communications

KPIs:

- Ads Revenue- Annual, Quarter and Monthly

- Repeat Investment by Brands

- ROO(Return on Objective) for investments made by Brand

Desired Background:

- MBA/Marketing graduate with 5-8 years of experience

- Experience in digital marketing or account management in a digital media company

- Experience in a retail/online/FMCG/Creative agencies is a must

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Very strong bias to action & Over indexed on analytical side of business

- Strong communication and influencing skills

- From Tier 1/2 B-School is preferred
