Udaan - Lead - Brand Marketing

JOB PURPOSE : Develop and ensure implementation of a Category marketing strategy which will assist in the achievement of Category Objectives. Provide direction and leadership to the Category marketing team members.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Work with key partner brands for category in designing and executing marketing initiatives to drive engagement with retailer, shopper and consumer

2. Work with Category Lead and cross functional teams in developing marketing interventions to help achieve business objectives like new buyer acquisition, retention, range selling via initiatives like retailer loyalty and retail visibility

3. Collaborate with Central marketing, CRM, tech and other teams to develop a coherent and consistent communication across in-app, digital & offline channel for multiple category initiatives

4. Provide marketing expertise to Category Private Label team in designing compelling brand propositions and establish a successful Private Label in retail

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : MBA in Marketing from premier B-Schools, batch 2009 to 2014

WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELEVANT INDUSTRY :

- Brand marketing experience with good understanding of campaign management/media planning/consumer research

- Relevant experience in FMCG industry or FMCD preferred
