Job Responsibilities :

- Ensuring the liquidation of stocks in every facility as per agreed SOP

- Onboarding vendors in every city to ensure smooth liquidation of stocks

- Ensure proper segregation of stocks at the warehouses along with the help of respective stakeholders

- Will be responsible for maximizing liquidation yields for every type of material

- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS and conducting reviews

- Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended.

- Designing, configurating and rolling out of new initiatives for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process

- Setting up benchmark for quality basis best practices of industry

KRAs & KPIs of the role :

- Ensure faster liquidation and reduction in liquidation stocks holding

- Maximising liquidation yields

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances applicable to liquidation

- Reduction in liquidation stocks

- Developing vendor base in every city

- Verification of Quotation from vendors and monitoring their recovery

Functional Competencies :

- Problem solving: Ability to work in ambiguity and solve a given business problem and provide relevant inputs for key organization decisions

- Business and Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of business and understanding of market to liquidate the stocks faster and with best yields as per Industry standards

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the internal and external teams for inputs and reporting requirements and navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.

- Results orientation: Working on daily numbers, short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business and efficacy.

Candidate Profile :

- Should have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience of handling liquidation of food and fmcg products.

Qualification required: MBA / CA

- Experience in food e-commerce and retail chains preferred

- Excellent communication to ensure productive stakeholder management

- Must have worked along with big teams

- Must be able to handle pressure
