Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Dealer Network in the assigned territory.
- Territory penetration by adding new dealers/retailers.
- Driving Secondary Sales for the assigned territory.
- Managing retailer Relation and ensuring the brands get the placement and visibility in the stores.
- SIS Expansion.
- Negotiating Commercial Terms and payment collections.
- Secondary Sales Forecasting & assortment planning
- Seasonal Planning & executions of Orders
Required Skills:
- Candidates from Lifestyle background only
- Master's degree from Tier I/II college
- 6-10 years of sales experience where the candidate should have extensively worked in dealer Network.
- Should have prior work experience in the geography/cluster he/she is applying for
- Must be able to understand and speak the local language
