Profile Description and Overview :

Process Excellence Analyst - Finance & Tax department.

The Candidate needs to be :

- Graduated/PostGraduate in the Commerce stream

- Has an experience of 2-3 years in Finance & Taxation department.

- The candidate should also possess a Six Sigma certification

Process Skills :

- Should be able to understand the correct process defined and laid out by Business for execution

- Should be able to create a Standard Operating Procedure [SOP] and the Flow charts in relation to the current processes and also the new process that would be executed

- Should be able to define a Flow Chart for the Department to follow process without fail

- Should be able to document the entire process and ensure tracking and highlight it when not followed

- Deep understanding of the process and its impact on category level & regional reporting hierarchies

- Good understanding as regards the accounting processes including taxation so as to arrive at the Flow charts and SOPs accordingly.

- Proactive Resolution on risk management and controls: making sure issues are identified & dealt with before/as they arise

- Operational excellence in actual result reporting by ensuring the integrity of the data & timely submission

Technical Skills :
 
- Advance Excel / VBA and SAP

- Visualization / PPT Skills

- Analytics Skills

- Regional perspective, Disposals tracking, and analysis

- Trade spend analytics at the contract level, Partner Management

- Analyze/supervise rebates for the end user level.

- Partner with Category, for new product mapping and Finance teams to ensure visibility and provide insights to drive actions

Others :

- Provide key inputs for decision support and reconciliation

- Communicating to the internal partners

- Timely & accurate Accounting process perfection

- Proficient in handling finance queries

- Process improvement planning

Competencies required :

Minimum qualifications :

- Strong Financial Planning and analysis skills

- University degree or equivalent, 2 to 3 years working experience in Finance

- Proficient in English

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, written & verbal

- SAP and Excel knowledge, Expertise in Power BI would be added skill

- Excel and Presentation skills

- Interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications :

- Experience in preferably e-commerce business or similar role

- Commerce degree is mandatory along with certification under Six Sigma etc., would be an added advantage

- Drive proactive action through leadership and influence

- Ability to drive process optimization and simplification with a continuous improvement attitude, Planning and organization skills - to handle competing priorities

- Leading process improvement, Self-motivated & able to work as a team
