Udaan - Process Analyst - Process Excellence/Business Excellence

Job Responsibilities :

- Identification and problem-solving steep impact opportunities across collections processes

- Responsible for designing, rolling out, troubleshooting and scaling business processes

- Driving adherence of processes across respective workstreams/functions

- Ensuring speed, accuracy and scalability of processes while being low on cost.

- Understanding and being sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders

Candidate Profile :

- Should possess basic project management skills

- Should have minimum 4 years of experience in solving business/operations problems; preferably from consulting /consumer internet/technology firms

Qualification required : B.Tech from Tier-1 college (IIT's/NITs)
