Job Responsibilities:

Business Performance Measurement

- Inter-Regional / Inter-City Performance - Compare performance across cities / regions with commentary on leading and lagging indicators

- Deep Dive / Trend Analysis of Performance metrics - Study trend of performances across cities / months / categories and identify gaps / call outs

- Performance of new expansions / cities - track performance of new expansions and track improvements vs plan.

- Drive central reporting and evaluate performance of various cities, regions and business verticals

Investor Reporting - Work closely with the Investor Relations team and provide information required by Investors, Banks, NBFC, etc

Investigate gaps and set up smart review metrics around

- Inventory Ageing / Dashboard

- Advances / Debtors management

- Payable's review

Adoption and cascade of Process Improvement / Best practices.

- Learn processes from across regions - Gain understanding of various processes followed by different business / regions

- Implement best practices across regions (complete program management)

- Reporting around the same

- Drive Tech Enhancements - lead projects with tech teams to implement various add-on functionality in the system

Candidate Profile:

- CA with Big 4 Article ship / FMCG OR MBA (Finance) from Tier 1/2 B-School with FMCG experience

- 4 years+ (Post qualification) experience in FP&A / Business Finance
