Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital account manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence. As a Digital account manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the POC for clients for digital management matters. You will also be required to coordinate between different teams of the client.

- Prepare reports on web performance metrics and presenting it to the client.

- Manage in-house digital team to strategise and execute campaigns for the client.

- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

- Run paid ad-campaigns for the company and its clients.

- Any other work assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook and Instagram.

- 1-2 years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).

- Minimum qualification required is Post Graduation (Preferably MBA).

- Good personality and great attitude is not the hiring requirement but is the basic that everyone has, it's just mentioned here to complete the last point.
