But you'll also be able to draw on our research and recruiting network worldwide. We identify and source top talent globally. Our team focuses on recruiting for specific open positions, confidential initiatives, competitive market mappings, succession planning initiatives and proactive talent pooling.  Your experience and skills :   You have:  - International experience in a similar role, in house or with an agency   - A good comprehension of and interest in Financial Services. Wealth Management/Private Banking exposure is an advantage  - Apassion for data gathering and information sharing (you love research)  - Computer literacy and search engine optimization skills  You are:  - A great communicator, both in person and on social media   - A multi-tasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same  - Proactive and creative  - Fluent in English
