Program Manager - Sales Operations - UberEats India SA About the Role : - As a Program Manager,&nbsp; Sales Operations you will help envision and execute on a strategy for establishing world-class sales programs across APAC. What programs can we build to strengthen and grow our restaurant partnerships? What sales activities do we prioritize for the maximum ROI &amp; impact on the P&amp;L? What You'll Do : - Work closely with stakeholders across Uber Eats, APAC to identify, prioritize and scope projects to deliver on business objectives, specific to improving team effectiveness, productivity, Sales ROI, and Sales &amp; GTM Strategy. - Apply a data-driven approach to define, assess, test and implement potential solutions. Report on results and share best practices. - Manage and execute initiatives including project management &amp; tracking, stakeholder management, and internal &amp; external communication. - Set clear objectives and measures. Monitor progress, productivity, and results. Drive business review cadence and develop reporting frameworks to facilitate alignment, learning and improvement, and accountability. - Coordinate with the multiple Program Management teams, Sales teams, and stakeholders across the business (e.g., Ops, Marketing, Finance, CommOps) to drive continuous improvement on operating metrics on a portfolio of projects - Be a thought leader, and drive alignment around business priorities, provide insights to set strategic direction and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives. Be a hustling multi-tasker. You- ll be the go-to person for many key strategic and operational initiatives. What You'll Need : - A minimum of 6 years of strategy/investment banking / consulting / business intelligence/sales operations or related experience. - Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements. - Experience with Sales GTM - acquisition, account management, and support processes, systems (e.g., CRM, reporting), and datasets. Geek out in understanding the sales funnel and sales operations best practices - Experience in developing and managing programs with high proficiency in process design and optimization, project management, cross-functional buy-in, piloting and evaluation, and rollout/adoption. skilled at project and process management to balance between urgent and important requests; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity. PMP or similar certification is highly desirable. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as stakeholder management and consensus building, and project management - Would be an advantage if you have proficiency in accessing, linking, and analyzing data from structured and unstructured data environments (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SPSS) and partnering with Data Architects/Analysts to establish infrastructure to facilitate adoption of standardized metrics/reports and data discovery for non-technical analysts, and CRM/BI tools preferred About the Team : With Uber Eats, we're building Uber's newest and fastest growing business, spanning 180+ cities across all six continents in two years.
