About the Role : - Xchange Leasing India is a start-up with aspirations to become India's most innovative car leasing company by integrating new technologies and business practices. - We are seeking a sharp, team-oriented, business savvy and highly-organized Fleet Manager as we grow our start-up car Leasing company. What You'll Do: - Liaise between XLI and Dealers/Vendors and be the single point of contact for all operations in the city for all things to do with procuring vehicles. - Responsible for all in-fleeting activities including timely order confirmation in line with expected lead times from manufacturers and vendors - Track of performance of various models and manufacturers as per forecast numbers - Will monitor inventory status and ensures that cars are available in line with the demand. What You'll Need: - 3+ years of work experience - Experience in fleet management and supervision management. - Knowledge and expertise in the car leasing industry a plus - Solid Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheet skills - Excellent organization, planning skills and strong attention to detail - Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Flexibility and ability to adapt to different roles and job-related requirements - Manages PSR (Partner support representatives) Grade Dealer SP
