Job Description - Summary : 

- Candidate will be involved in implementing Partnership & Alliance business initiative which includes managing Existing and implementing New Alliances. As primary role, he/she needs to develop knowledge on various lending solutions and ecosystem like wallets, payment banks, Fintech, Ecosystem etc available to build Alliances in SME Lending

- Role will include working with Central functions to develop & implement bespoke program, processes (including technology ) with Alliance Partner and Generate Business

- Should have a keen interest in developments in Fintech world and will be able to implement best practices through Alliances.

- He / she will communicate, negotiate with high-level executives, and represent the company in Business meetings and contract negotiations working in tandem with other functional teams like Technology, Product, Risk, Policy, Compliance and Enterprise Account Management teams.

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify, engage, contract, start, operate and build on relationship to deliver on Business KPIs in partnership w

- Manage a portfolio of programs across various Alliances and help grow the business through active engagement and partnering with their ecosystem .

- Implementing best practice value selling and account management systems and processes.

- Provide Partners with consultation of U GRO lending solutions for SME .

- Coordinate with Central functions and IT to build seamless technology enabled unique solutions

- First point of Contact with Alliances for relationship Management like contract, Marketing, Product, Integration, and / or Operation or any other solution need on all Programs run with them.

- Identify, analyze and develop new business opportunities with Alliance Partner

- Responsible to meet and exceed financial and other targets set for Alliances.

- Build relation with Key stakeholders in U GRO and maintain strong client relationships to generate business

- Act as primary, business development liaison with internal key contacts (Marketing, Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance etc.) for Alliance Solutions

- Improve business by generating new and practical ways of doing things in order to solve problems and gain advantage in competition.

- Assess and understand customers- rational needs and concerns to develop/improve Sales initiatives.

- Ability to work with virtual & multi-locations teams, build relationship, and work effectively as a team player

- Expertise in Microsoft Office

- Achieving business goals by establishing priorities, actions, milestones, and constraints in a logical sequence checking progress against these plans.

- Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills required for both internal and external communication.
