Responsibilities:

- To support the delivery of research/consulting projects.

- You will be part of a delivery team and be the client interface for the projects as needed.

- Gain a clear understanding of customer, business and technology in order to offer the best solution.

- Helping build the company's digital presence by contributing on various platforms on the internet.

- To support other adhoc requests limited to the research function.

- Build a specific area of expertise and develop yourself as a global thought leader in the subject.

- Since we are a startup, our needs may vary and include but not limited to presenting at events / webinars, facilitating workshops, etc.

Skills:

- Ability to create exceptional research for the banking and financial services industry which is easy to consume.

- Ability to look at research from a different perspective and make it engaging.

- Ability to create content in reports and AV formats

- Understand the role great content plays in customer experience.

- We will provide all the relevant support for you to do well and continue to build your skills.
