What you will do:

- Complete Go-Live Ownership - Working directly with online partner teams to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met for go-live.

- Build a professional relationship with online partner teams like Product, Marketing, Technology

- Build a strong bond with internal business, product, and technology team

- Proactively support business development activities and be responsible for end-to-end involvement and stakeholder management

- Working closely with the legal team for agreement closure

- Strong Commercial Negotiation skills required with creative negotiation strategies

- Work with the Marketing team of online partners to plan the launch and initial promotional activities to drive transaction volumes.

What are we looking for? :

- 4 + years of experience in Partner relationship management or Key Accounts Management.

- Prior experience in the Payment Industry.

- Previous startup/tech experience is a strong plus. Start-up zeal, and high ability to roll up the sleeves and execute

- Ability to effectively communicate and drive results with external and internal stakeholders

- Problem-solving acumen using data-driven and consumer-centric approach

- Highly effective analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Facilitative leadership and interpersonal skills to quickly gain shared vision externally and internally to move things forward under strict timelines.

- MBA from Top Tier
