As Marketing Associate at TWF, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's BTL marketing strategy (outdoor). 2. Required to take ownership and to work with different teams to maintain a smooth presence offline. Responsible for preparing and executing the BTL marketing calendar including (but not limited to) - Newspaper insert ads + other print media - Corporate kiosks - Local ad-hoc marketing 3. Manage brand delivery across all BTL channels. 4. Maintain excellent relationship with different advertising vendors. 5. Work with different teams to come up with promotional materials for marketing, keeping in mind their effectiveness, cross-selling implications while adhering to brand guidelines. 6. Responsible for identifying and closing strategic local partnership opportunities 7. Keep innovating with new marketing ideas/channels. 8. Measure and track all marketing activity. Analyze and derive inferences for meeting set ROI and KPIs. 9. Should have knowledge of - Local areas in Noida, Gurgaon and Delhi (NCR residents only) - Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written English) - Open to travel - Brand Management (Intermediate) - Powerpoint (Intermediate) - Excel (Intermediate-Advance)
