Designation: Sr. Manager Corporate investments & Investor Relations


Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:


- Analyse P&L /BS/CFS of businesses and prepare financial model, generate models for valuation metrics and share DCF and multiple based valuation scenarios;


- Building company projections & forecast models;


- Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis;


- Execution of M&A/Joint Venture deals with external advisors


- Gathering public information through numerous sources;


- Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side assignments;


- Responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with investors, and all stakeholders.


- Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.


- Analyzing operational results, preparing quarterly business reviews, media releases, pre and post quarterly results and presenting the reviews to external and internal stakeholders.


- Managing the company's relationships and coordinating with various service providers such as investment banks and external subject matter (tax, legal, accounting, valuations etc) experts


- Benchmark with Industry and competition


- Screening and tracking new ventures, potential targets, and other partnership opportunities outside the organization


Requirements:


- Excellent valuation/analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense.


- A qualified finance professional with a regular MBA from a tier1/tier2 institute/leading B Schools or CA degree with experience in M&A / JV and PE deal execution


- Result orientation and ability to meet and establish deadlines.


- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, good communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


- Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ongoing and future organizational changes


- Experience in Consulting, Private Equity or Investment Banking and/or in Corporate Strategy teams, venture capital.


- Experience in fast-growing environments with proven ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail


- Sincere, well-intentioned professional with strong ethical values.
