Job Description: - Partnering with the hiring managers to understand the specific sector, industry and service line requirements for open opportunities - Interpret the business hiring requirements and translate them into successful recruitment strategies and solutions by developing an effective pipeline of key talent for frequently hired roles within the assigned group - Identify, attract and introduce TVS Credit to the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace by providing market and compete intelligence, screening and evaluating candidates as appropriate - Demonstrate speed and quality in attracting passive talent and recommend strategies to accelerate our hiring practices - Effectively communicate with the hiring managers to determine the status and effectiveness of the recruiting channels for each open position - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team, candidates and external professional and community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting - Leverage the internet, including social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates - Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies Desired Candidate Profile: - MBA / MSW / Post Graduate in HR - Min 5-8 years of experience in Core Talent Acquisition - Ambitious individuals who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work - Understanding job descriptions, skills sets, competencies required for the role and having the ability to differentiate the level of competencies required for different positions - Should be proactive, smart and accountable professional with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition - Ability to work calmly under pressure and tight timelines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in running various hiring initiatives - Strong stakeholder management
