As part of the plan, TVS Credit is looking to institutionalise and improve systems and processes by leveraging the might of technology & analytics across the organisation to enable agile decision-making to power growth.
Job Purpose:
To lead the projects / programs to transform performance marketing and digital experience across the customer journey from pre-lead to loyalty by leveraging the Digital Technologies, AdTech, MarTech, SmarTech and Digital Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working very closely with internal and external stakeholders for developing strategy and business case for digital solutions for digital customer experience.
- Collaborate with different business teams to design the platform & solutions that will have an appreciable return on investment and be easy to manage and scalable.
- Influence the business CXO to fast-track the adoption of new digital solutions and challenge the existing way of working
- Understand different technology landscapes and create scalable platforms
- Design digital road map in partnership with businesses, identify solutions and manage the implementation to enable businesses to achieve their end goals
- Launch and drive adoption of emerging technologies for end-to-end sales enablement across channels
- Provide thought leadership for new technology capabilities and tools for performance marketing
- Managing the different Digital Marketing agencies (UI/UX design, MarTech Platforms, Analytics etc.)
- Keep abreast of any latest technology and industry trends, and any updates in technology that may impact customer experience
- Track and report all project-related tasks and escalations
Job Requirements:
- MBA - Marketing Tier II or III B- School, at least 2 Digital Marketing Certifications
- 12 + Years of overall experience with 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital technologies, AdTech, SmarTech and MarTech implementation
- Strong understanding of tools and technologies for digital marketing web and mobile platform development (Should have prior experience in managing end to end of website and app development)
- Experience in Marketing Cloud-based campaign automation and hyper-personalization (Like experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Net core Marketing Cloud, Webengage, Moengage, Adobe Marketo etc.)
- Understanding of SEO/ASO landscape and platform optimization strategy. (Proven track record of Growth Marketing through organic channels)
- Experiencing B2B might be 2C commerce that is marketplaces and D2C model with Omnichannel integration. (Understanding of the backend systems of digital platforms)
- Working knowledge of web analytics and MMP tools (GA4, GA360, Adobe Analytics, Apps flyer, firebase or Kochava)
- Should have a strong understanding of data and digital analytics. (Propensity and optimization- Predictive model deployments)
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working with different digital marketing agencies of various scales.
- Strong interpersonal relationship management skills
