Job Description :

This role would be responsible for contract drafting and vetting of agreements for the business needs like new products launch, Vendor / Service provider agreements, Fintech related agreements etc.

- Closely working with the business team for the drafting/Vetting of agreements

- Responsible for the entire contract Management cycle

- Coordinate with the external vendors for drafting the agreements

- Make sure that all the agreements will have all the necessary clauses included to Mitigate the Risk

- All Regulatory and statutory clauses are included in all agreements

- Coordinating with the respective stakeholders for sending proper reply/Notice

- Complete all the drafting within TAT

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Law

- 8 - 10 years of experience in Corporate Legal, preferably from Banking / NBFCs

- Good legal acumen with strong experience in legal drafting for the financial sector

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail

- Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership

- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
