Job Purpose :
- This role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on utilizing MarTech, Performance Marketing, Analytics Marketing, and Growth Marketing techniques across a variety of channels to deliver desired ROI.
- Leverage cutting-edge tools in the market to deliver highly accurate analytics and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Utilize MarTech platforms and tools to optimize digital marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and targeting efforts.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives, including paid search (PPC), display advertising, affiliate marketing, and retargeting, to achieve specific KPIs and ROI targets.
- Lead the analytics marketing function, leveraging data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour, and overall marketing performance. Utilize these insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, content marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, including allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, MarTech, performance marketing, analytics marketing, and growth marketing. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to foster growth and excellence within the team.
Job Requirements:
- MBA - Marketing Tier II or III B- School
- 12+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on MarTech, performance marketing, analytics marketing, and growth marketing techniques
- Strong knowledge and experience with various MarTech platforms, tools, and solutions, such as marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and data management platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and mobile marketing
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.
