Operation Head - Infrastructure (Civil)  

- Overseeing of all activities necessary for the execution of several ongoing & new projects

- Preparing Monthly Turnover Projection

- Acting point of contact person regarding project for all coordination

- Experience on project execution, supervision and within the given budget of time, cost and quality (Consultant Side)

- Proficient in handling techno - commercial negotiations, preparation of cost sheets

- Assisting company finance in the formulation of forecasts and budgets. Experience in P & L of the Business Unit

- Revenue and margins accountability for the project. Responsible for the performance, Profit and Loss, Compliance, People Management, Budgetary Control and communication of the business

- Develop positive direct relationships with key business contacts. Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets & developing new segment or portfolio depends upon market requirement.

- Capable of Mobilization and de-mobilization of resource requirement like staff, vendors and specialized agencies as per the Master construction schedule and priorities.

- Interface between the Client and the company and thus to ensure good customer relationship; and also maintain productive relationship with all other external stakeholders

- Possess very strong communication skills and people management abilities. Bring a high level of energy, dedication and integrity to the job.

- Team Player

- Ready to travel across project site / locations within South Asia

- Experience with PMC / TPI Companies will be given preference

Total Experience : 16 + Years

Qualification Criteria : B. Tech (Civil).
