I. Position Summary

1. Person should have exposure of dealing with private industries & PSU of target companies mainly in Oil and gas and Chemical sector; PMC engineering team, Process industries, In service requirement & off course relation to top management of all units

2. Having detail update for customer insight for future & ongoing in service requirement of RBI, condition assessment services, Advance & Conventional NDT, Plant Turn Around, pipe line integrity

3. Person should have back ground for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industries

4. Person should have exposure to analysis of NDT & MI service cost handling & also capable to Liasoning with various level of company & industries representatives etc-

5. Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target..

6. Person should have clear understanding & hands on awareness about Advance NDT instrument advantages to serve customer

II. Responsibility and Authority :

1. Generating lead and converting in order booking

2. Advance NDT product selling to private & Process industries

3. Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project related to NDT lead

4. Empanelment & registration for NDT & RBI, MI, Pipe line integrity services

5. Establish & maintain relation with customer during & after project progress

6. For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager

7. Authorized to take call with due concern for pricing commitment with respect to business unit sales planning

8. Person should be capable to handle 20-25 Cr sales & planning.

III. Education and Experience:

1. Graduate Engineering & Master in Business administration having 7+ years experience from any renown NDT company or vertical handling in business line (NDT) in service provider industries etc.

2. Person should be working exposure with EIL,Mecon, PDIL, ONGC, IOCL,BPCL, HPCL, Mott, :L&T,Lanxess, BASF, Indorama at senior level.

IV. Key KPIs : 

1. New customer & Product on board with registration

2. More large project update & received EOI from customer

3. Plan & focus 50% of business booking from new customer/Product

4. 25% business with retrieving customer business where we are not engaged with them in their current project

V. Specific skills & knowledge: 

1. Experience of development and managing services like assets integrity, RBI, Conditional assessment, Advance NDT in process industries in downstream Oil and Gas and Chemical sector

2. Customer relation

3. Should have good communication skill and team management

4. Technically sound towards product selling

5. Self-driven and dynamic

6. Exposure to CPI business in market

7. Resolution capabilities between both parties

VI. Competencies : 

1. Various product service knowledge like Advance & conventional NDT, Mechanical Integrity, Pipe Line integrity
