We work with more than 400,000 financial advisors & 12+ banks across India & Middle East, equipping them with digital tools to offer wider and more relevant recommendations to consumers and speed up the onboarding process, and complete the entire insurance buying process with no paperwork.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Own the process of business performance management by tracking various business parameters on daily / weekly / monthly basis as applicable

- Work closely with key business stakeholders on business updates and program management on key projects

- Work on strategic projects to support business processes with direct or indirect impact on revenue and profitability

- Set up and standardize easy to interpret reports for management consumption and internal analysis

- Work on management decks, business presentations & business reporting

Skills:

- Good presentation skills

- Good Analytical skills and attention to detail

- Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L

- Good communication skills
