Turtlemint is looking for a Enthusiastic State Head for below locations.

State Head UP- Based out of Lucknow

State Head TN- Based out of Chennai

State Head Karnataka- Based out of Banglore

State Head West Bengal - Based out of Kolkata

Responsibilities:

- Handle a team of Area Managers & Sales Managers

- Needs to achieve revenue targets set by the company

- Co-coordinating with Head office for all client service related issues.

- Team Recruitment.

- Supervising the Area Managers/Sales Managers/Unit managers, in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and taking in order to enhance growth.

- Guiding and motivating the Area Managers / Sales Managers / Unit Managers.

- Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere.

- Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to dealers.

- Handle multiple territories.
