Turtlemint (www.turtlemint.com) is India's first personalized online-offline insurance platform. It was launched with a vision of using technology to simplify insurance distribution & purchase especially recognizing that a significant proportion of insurance is bought through offline channels. We are building a pan India network of offline partners, and have been a pioneer with a number of innovative offerings like match score, policy recommender, renew in a snap, etc. Our approach has helped us scale-up to 40mn+ transactions per month in a capital efficient manner. The company is led by cofounders Dhirendra Mahyavanshi and Anand Prabhudesai who were earlier part of the management team at Quikr & the team has prior experience at ICICI Lombard, Yahoo, eBay and Nokia.

Turtlefin (www.turtlefin.com) is the enterprise products suite of Turtlemint. Our products help insurance intermediaries digitize insurance sales and services making sure that the end consumer gets a modern experience. We work with more than 400,000 financial advisors, 12+ banks, and 10+ ecommerce partners across India & Middle East, equipping them with digital tools to offer wider and more relevant recommendations to consumers and speed up the onboarding process, and complete the entire insurance buying process with no paperwork.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify strategic accounts aligning to Turtlefin offerings and business.

- Drive CXO level discussions and closures

- Build and manage a strong pipeline wrt the P&L goals

- Be accountable and SPOC for partnership management and growth

- Own end-to-end integration of the solutions working with cross-functional teams

- Own account acquisition, onboarding and management

Desired Profile :

- Post-Graduate with 5+ years of work-ex in Business Development, 2+ years of work-ex in Enterprise Sales

- Good at networking and business development and CXO level interactions

- Experience in Technology Solutions Sales & BFSI domain will give an edge

- Hustler with an eye for execution

- Comfortable to work in Start-up environment
